1. We accept applications on a rolling basis. We believe ideas shouldn’t wait and we have plenty of collaborators at various stages willing to help jump start your company.

2. Accepted companies are a mix of in person and remote.

3. In order to apply you must be considered a material shareholder holding an equity position of 20% or more.

4. After your application is received you will be contacted within 30 calendar days with your application status.

5. Initial interviews are conducted remotely.

6. Every two weeks you’ll talk with an Almanna advisor or a cohort of Almanna participating companies. During this time you’ll get to know companies in the Almanna family and share stories to help each achieve success.

7. During the intial term of Almanna we’ll host advisor speakers to talk about business topics, challenges, and how to overcome various hurdles that are natural in business.

8. As part of this journey, if needed, we’ll prepare you navigate future rounds of funding.
